The pool cover roller is operated electronically. The box is located by the outside hall door near the fence.
Only adults, 18 years and over, are permitted to operate the mechanism for the pool cover roller, for health and safety reasons.
Never allow anyone, including children, to enter the pool while the cover is moving or in use.
Always switch off the pool cover mechanism after use and never leave the key in the lock.
To open the pool, roll the cover over the roller:
- Place the key in the lock and switch if from 0 to 1.
- Press the open button and keep pressing until the pool cover is on the roller.
- Always keep watching the pool area when pressing the button to ensure no one enters the pool.
- Stop pressing the button once the pool cover is fully on the roller with the end of the cover about 10 cm above the edge of the pool.
- Once the pool cover is on the roller turn the key from 1 to 0 to switch off the roller mechanism and remove the key.
Please put the green cover over the rolled-up pool cover when the pool is in use to protect it and secure it in place with the black straps, thank you.
To close the pool, put the cover over the pool:
- Place the key in the lock and switch if from 0 to 1.
- Press the close button and keep pressing until the pool cover is touching the far end of the pool. Ensure the cover is over the top of the safety bars round the pool as it starts to cover the pool.
- Always keep watching the pool area to ensure no one enters the pool.
- Stop pressing the button once the pool is covered, ensuring the cover is lying flat on the pool.
- Once the pool cover is on the pool turn the key from 1 to 0 to switch off the roller mechanism and remove the key.
Please keep the pool cover key in a safe place out of the reach of children.
