Parking
There is parking for five cars, four spaces are inside the gate and one in the parking area next to the track. Please do not use the other three spaces in the parking area.
Dogs
Up to two well-behaved dogs are welcome, but we ask that you do not allow your dogs on any of the furniture, or in the bedrooms, or on any of the beds. Please pick up any fouling in the garden and prevent your dogs from doing so inside. If your dog gets muddy or wet, please clean them before bringing them indoors
Pool cover
The pool cover roller is operated electronically. The switch box is located to the left of the outside hall door near the fence. The switch must only be operated by adults. Never allow anyone to enter the pool while the cover is moving or in use. Always switch it off after use and never leave the key in the lock. Please put the cover on the pool when not in use, this will keep the water warm. Please leave the key behind when you depart.
Pool cleaning
Pool use is between 8 am and 8 pm except between 9 am and 10 am when cleaning and testing is in process. Cleaning includes putting a robot cleaner in the pool. If the cleaner is still in the pool when you want swim, please take it out using the pole on the fence with a hook on the end and leave it by the pool shed.
Towels
There are swimming towels in the laundry room in the set of boxes to the left of the boiler. Please only take these towels outside.
Outside furniture
Please put the outside cushions away every evening and when it rains, thank you.
Use of the BBQ
There are utensils available in the kitchen for the gas BBQ. Please clean the BBQ after use and put everything away where you originally found them, thank you.
Bins
To the left of the gate there is one black lidded bin for general rubbish, one green lidded bin for recycling, one small brown bin for food and one box for glass. Please separate your rubbish and recycling before putting in the bin and put all glass in the box not the green recycling bin, thank you.
Checking out
Please strip all the beds, duvets and pillows and leave the linen folded on the beds.
Please place all used inside towels in the showers. If you find that you have not used one or two, please leave them in the bedrooms. Please put swimming towels in the washing machine and start a wash.
Windows and Doors
Please ensure that all windows are fully closed, exterior doors are locked and the front door is firmly shut.
